More than 100 years ago, the space now dedicated to the restaurant was used as a garage for the carriages with horses of the noble families who stayed in the spa town: today the Mò...Mò restaurant offers a cuisine whose roots are rooted in the extraordinary culinary tradition of Ciociaria; enhancing the local products of excellence and pursuing a path of constant gastronomic research.
Guests welcomed by our dining room staff can taste our kitchen in the refined design of the restaurant and in the delicate colors of the garden; welcomed by the warm hearth of our fireplace in winter and by the magnificent setting of the garden in summer, guests can enjoy our cuisine always aimed at satisfying the taste of our customers.
The restaurant service is available to hotel guests, but also to external customers with daily menus and "à la carte menus" specially prepared by our Chef Danilo Ricciotti who personally researches and selects all the food choices.
